Jazmin P. Flores is a builder and operator - currently shaping the infrastructure that turns ambiguous AI products into client-ready systems. AI Product Operations Associate
When Woflow pivoted mid-role from human-powered products to AI-first, I became the operator who built the playbook that didn't exist. Legacy products were sunset and AI agents were pitched to clients like DoorDash with no existing framework. I now sit embedded with engineering - validating agent outputs in alpha, translating client feedback into tickets and training rubrics, and building the SOPs, QA, and dashboards that move agents from alpha to GA. Less structuring debt, more structuring a process where none existed.
- Validated AI agent outputs end-to-end in an alpha environment; reproduced failures, documented edge cases, and delivered actionable feedback to Engineering/ML to improve model decisions.
- Diagnosed error patterns and maintained an issue log; created clear, prioritized Linear tickets and partnered with PM/TPM/Engineering on release readiness and implementation tradeoffs.
- Translated client feedback and process documentation into training examples, acceptance criteria, and sources of truth (guidelines / rubrics) to improve model training with customer data.
- Produced weekly reporting and maintained 10+ dashboards tracking quality, throughput, trends, and post-launch regressions.
- Built operational infrastructure to scale human review post-alpha - onboarding materials, SOPs, QA checks, audit sampling, and escalation pathways.
- Delivered bi-weekly business reviews to client stakeholders including DoorDash, highlighting volume trends, quality metrics, and outlier analysis.
Investment Banking Analyst
Two years structuring public-market obligations for cities, utilities, healthcare systems, and public-private partnerships. Including a municipal debt restructuring that produced roughly $1M in annual savings and lead-support on a multi-million cultural-arts bond issuance. The toolkit was rigorous; the problems were well-defined. By mid-2024 I wanted ambiguity.

- Served as lead support on a multi-million cultural-arts bond issuance (public senior-managed transaction), owning compliance, deal processing, legal coordination, and internal regulatory procedures; co-piloted financial models.
- Conducted comprehensive debt analyses for major cities, combined utilities and energy clients, public-private partnerships, and healthcare entities to identify refunding opportunities, public-market structuring options, and derivative alternatives.
- Drafted formal proposals to external requests for underwriting services, market-news reports, and financing memos.
- Designed client-facing pitchbooks from senior-banker outlines by embedding financial analyses, linking detailed charts and graphs, creating digital graphics, and using advanced PowerPoint features.
- Built a database mapping progressive client outreach efforts and market opportunities.
- Passed FINRA SIE, Series 52 (Municipal Securities Representative), and Series 63 during role.
Finance Analyst
Started on a trading-floor-adjacent data team reporting daily P&L, market movements, and residual values across global product lines. Spent a year chasing variances between trading-desk systems and data platforms - learning that every discrepancy is really a process question in disguise.

I had the pleasure of managing Jazmin during her year at Woflow, and she was someone we genuinely loved having on the team. She brought warmth, positivity, curiosity, and real gumption to her work.
Jazmin joined us after four years in banking and took on the challenge of learning a completely new industry, pace, vocabulary, and way of working. She supported one of our largest enterprise accounts and later jumped into early work on our new agentic product, learning to collaborate directly with Product and Engineering along the way.
